Core Capabilities

Email Archiving

Continuous synchronization with your email provider, automatic thread detection, folder structure preservation, and attachment deduplication. Supports initial bulk import and ongoing incremental sync.

Full-Text Search

Meilisearch-powered search across email subjects, bodies, senders, recipients, attachment filenames, and extracted attachment text. Includes advanced filtering, keyword highlighting, configurable matching strategies, and bulk export of search results.

Integrity Verification

SHA-256 hash verification for archived emails and attachments. Automatically generated integrity reports confirm that stored data has not been altered since archival.

Export & Print

Export individual emails or full threads as PDFs. Include attachments as a ZIP with original files preserved. Bulk export from search results runs as a background job with progress tracking, automatic cleanup, and role-based access control.

Encryption & Security

AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored files, encrypted credential storage, JWT and API key authentication, rate limiting, role-based access control, and audit logging.
