Audit Log

Every significant action in MyEmailVault is recorded in an immutable, cryptographically chained audit log. Use it to demonstrate accountability, investigate incidents, and satisfy audit requests.

Data Integrity

All archived emails are verified using SHA-256 checksums. Combined with the cryptographic hash chain in the audit log, this ensures that stored data has not been altered or tampered with after ingestion.

Data Lifecycle

A background worker continuously evaluates archived emails against your retention policies and permanently removes emails that have exceeded their retention period.
